Estimates and requests
This tool provides sand delivery estimates and lets you request a delivery. Sending a request does not book a truck or confirm a delivery. Sandhill Mine confirms availability, access, scheduling, legal loads, and the final price with you.
Estimates include sand and delivery. Any applicable taxes or job-specific charges are confirmed before an invoice is issued. Payment is due upon sand delivery. The requested delivery date is tentative until confirmed.
Delivery area and access
Online delivery estimates are available within 50 driving miles of the mine entrance at 151 Scott Town Rd. The limit applies to the outbound road route. Truck capacities are approximate. Route estimates do not verify a postal address, driveway, bridge, road restriction, or safe dump site.

Delivery access and property damage
Loaded delivery trucks and unloading may cause ruts, cracks, or damage to driveways, yards, landscaping, underground improvements, and other property. I confirm I own the property or have permission to authorize access and unloading at the location I select. I accept these risks and, to the extent permitted by law, agree that Sandhill Mine and its affiliated entities, delivery contractors, drivers, and representatives are not responsible for this property damage when delivery is performed with reasonable care. This acknowledgment does not excuse negligent, reckless, or intentional conduct or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
