We use the delivery address you enter to calculate an estimate. If you send a request, we collect your contact details, delivery instructions, requested date, billing details, and your delivery-access acknowledgment to follow up and prepare an invoice for review. We record the acknowledgment wording, version, your name, and acceptance time with your request.
Services that help us
Your delivery address is sent to Google Maps for route estimates. Google handles that information under its Privacy Policy. We use Formspree to notify Sandhill Mine of requests and Zoho Books to manage customer and invoice records. Our hosting service stores the website records and may keep basic access and security logs.
Cookies and records
A secure session cookie keeps your estimate and request together. We retain request and accounting records for follow-up and business recordkeeping.
