The mine is operated by Corey Harrison Construction, providing clean, consistent material for general construction, fill applications, and sitework needs. Our location allows for convenient access for local hauling while maintaining responsible site operations.

Entry from Scott Town Road, just off Hwy 306 South, allows easy access for trucks of all sizes.

Sandhill Mine operates as a fully permitted North Carolina sand mine. Independent laboratory soil testing has been completed by a licensed geotechnical firm.

Credit Account Terms & Conditions

1. Billing & Payment Terms

Invoices for approved credit accounts are issued on the 1st day of each month and are due Net 15, meaning payment must be received no later than the 15th day of the month.

2. Finance Charges on Past Due Accounts

Any invoice balance not paid by the due date is considered past due. Past due balances will accrue a finance charge at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR), with a minimum finance charge of $50.00 per month on any past due account.

3. Collections / Attorney Fees

Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection incurred in connection with any past due balance, including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney's fees, court costs, filing fees, and any other expenses related to collection or enforcement of amounts owed, whether collected through an attorney, collection agency, or court action.

4. Disputes

Any disputes regarding invoices, delivered quantities, pricing, materials, or charges must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. If Customer does not dispute an invoice in writing within this time period, the invoice will be deemed accepted and approved by Customer.

5. Suspension of Service / Credit Privileges

Corey Harrison Construction reserves the right to suspend deliveries/services, place Customer on cash terms, or revoke credit privileges if an account becomes past due, credit risk increases, or payment history becomes unsatisfactory.

6. Returned Payments

Customer agrees to pay a $35.00 returned payment fee for any returned check, rejected ACH, or any payment reversed or returned unpaid for any reason.

7. Jobsite Conduct

Customer agrees that all hauling contractors, drivers, subcontractors, and representatives acting on Customer's behalf shall:

  • Operate vehicles in a safe and lawful manner at all times.
  • Observe reasonable speed limits on mine access roads and adjacent public roadways.
  • Prevent spillage of materials during loading, transport, and unloading.
  • Secure all loads in compliance with applicable laws and DOT regulations.
  • Prevent littering, dumping, or debris disposal on any property not authorized for such use.
  • Avoid trespassing onto adjacent private properties.
  • Use only designated entrances and exits.

Corey Harrison Construction reserves the right to suspend deliveries, place Customer on cash terms, or revoke credit privileges if Customer's drivers or subcontractors engage in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct affecting neighboring properties or the surrounding community.
